Just as, the North Star (or Pole star) has historically been used for navigation by lost campers to find their way back home, Our College has identified a North Star for itself which is: “To become one of the most prestigious institute in Madhya Pradesh”. In order to achieve its North Star the institute has identified 5 core values QCCPR :
Quality
Commitment
Competence
Professionalism

Quality
Quality in higher education is of utmost importance. In the words of Audrey Hepburn (Actor) “Quality education has the power to transform societies in a single generation, provide children with the protection they need from the hazards of poverty, labor exploitation and disease, and given them the knowledge, skills, and confidence to reach their full potential.”
Commitment
For the success of any team, Commitment from its members is imperative. We believes that for its success, the team members i.e. Management, Staff & Students have to give in their 100%. This could be very well understood in the words of Harvey Fierstein (Actor & Playwright) “There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when circumstance permit. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses, only results.” Sparta is completely dedicated and devoted to the success of all its stakeholders.
Competence
The ever-challenging world of today is getting more and more demanding. In such times the Competence of a professional is what matters a lot, the same holds true for an educational institute as well. When we have competence we feel confident. World famous business man and one of the world’s richest persons Andrew Creighton once said :
“Competence is defined as the quality of being adequately or well qualified physically and intellectually. It is the ability of the person to take wee informed decisions in life. Competence represents clusters of skills, abilities and knowledge needed to perform jobs. Competence concerns the actions and behaviors identified by change agents as contributing in their experience to the perceived effectiveness of change implementation. Competences are those behaviors which are required for satisfactory or excellent performance in a job. Avoid competency traps. Do not stay only where you are good at things, Go out and be challenged.”
Professionalism
The institute believes that Professionalism has become the order of the day, be it any field. Doing things with professionalism has its own results. Dr. Richard W Livingston explained the difference between a professional and an ordinary person as “The difference between a professional person and a technician is that a technician knows everything about his job except its ultimate purpose and his place in the scheme of things.”
Result
Results are the reflection of your preparation. In today’s demanding world result is what every one looks upto therefore it is very important that the results obtained give a good reflection of your efforts and deeds.
“The person who sends out positive thoughts activates the world around him positively and draws back to himself positive results”
Norman Vincent Peale
